Human Rights and Labor Policy

Respect for human rights is a fundamental value of Protempis. Protempis promotes and protects human rights and cultivates ethical labor practices wherever the company does business.

  • Protempis condemns all forms of exploitative working conditions, including all forms of forced labor and exploitative child labor.

  • Protempis is committed to eradicating the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.

  • Protempis is committed to providing its workforce with opportunities for training and education within a respectful and collaborative workplace.

  • Protempis will provide a safe and healthy working environment for all of its employees.

  • Protempis’ Partner Code of Conduct requires that Protempis’ suppliers and partners operate with the highest ethical standards and support and promote the fundamental human rights referenced in this document.

Environmental Policy 

 

Protempis recognizes that climate change is a significant global challenge and is committed to continually improving the environmental performance of our business operations.

​

Our commitments are that we will:

  • Implement processes to meet or exceed all applicable environmental laws and regulations globally.

  • Pursue the expanded use of sustainable materials in our products and continue to expand recycling programs for our products.

  • Through our supply chain management processes and Partner Code of Conduct, take steps to ensure that our suppliers adhere to the same environmental standards as Protempis.

  • Operate our offices in a sustainable way. This includes developing new facilities with high environmental standards, capturing data through our environmental management system, and taking actions to reduce energy usage and decrease waste.

Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Anti-corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy 

 

Protempis will not tolerate any conduct that achieves or attempts to achieve results for Protempis in violation of law or by acting dishonestly. Conversely, Protempis will fully support any Protempis person who declines an opportunity or advantage, where the opportunity or advantage would place Protempis’s business ethics and reputation at risk.
